It is my absolute privilege to be the tumuaki of te kura ō Ōwhiro.
Our area is steeped in local stories and history, and this, with our coastal location provides a plethora of opportunities for our tamariki. As a local resident, I know how lucky we are to be in this special place. In my spare time I love walking my dog along the coastline and around to Pari Whero. I enjoy singing and playing bad guitar at any opportunity with the tamariki :-) When you hear singing from the school gate, you will know the school is in good health!
